Warranty
2-year product warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects and material failures. For a warranty claim we will take back the product or supply a replacement.
Size guarantee
We guarantee that your blind will be produced to the exact measurements you provided. If this is not the case due to a production error, we will supply a free replacement.
Colour guarantee
The colour of your blind matches the selected colour in the configurator. For some colour combinations there is no colour guarantee due to colour transfer — this is clearly indicated.
Returns
Because all our products are made to measure, we cannot in principle accept returns. Exceptions are made for demonstrable production errors. Please contact us for advice.
